In collaboration with Think Out Loud, Collective Action developed this toolkit as a guide to mainstreaming gender into the work of community organisations. It enables participants to conduct a ‘gender audit’ on the policies, practices, and programmatic interventions of the organisations they work for. It then guides them to set achievable objectives for improvement and develop indicators to mark the success of their efforts.
