Collective Action was engaged by Gender and Development for Cambodia to provide technical support and training to assist the organisation to ensure organisational policies, programs and budgets are gender responsive. The consultancy involved auditing existing policies, programs and budgets, making recommendations and developing tools for mainstreaming gender, providing gender mainstreaming training to staff and developing a monitoring framework to assess the gender-responsiveness of programs and projects.
